OakNorth Bank has provided a £4.2m loan to My Choice Healthcare Group to refinance debt and to acquire two care homes in Swansea, south Wales.
The two care homes are the 24-bed Hawthorn Court and 14-bed Ocean Living. Both homes offer residential and nursing care for those aged 65 and over, supporting older people including those living with dementia.
